Those receiving Food and Nutrition Services (FNS) Benefits, such as SNAP/EBT, can use their benefits at many local Farmers’ Markets in Wake County to stretch their budgets and improve the affordability of fresh fruits, vegetables, and meats.

Find the information table at the Farmers’ Market.
Swipe your EBT Card and decide how much you want to spend. For example, spend $5.
The market will “match” the amount you spend. In the above example, $10 worth of tokens instead of just $5.
Tokens never expire and can be used anytime.
Find the farm vendors you want to buy from and give them the tokens rather than cash or your card.
Each market has a maximum amount they will match, from $10-$20, so be sure to ask the information table before you swipe.
